A Home for Good participant plays a game with other participants at a monthly get-together.

We’re supporting people moving from the streets to stable housing.

Some people experience homelessness for a long time, coupled with disabling conditions. They need help to get on their feet and remain housed. Home for Good connects these people with housing and support services. Our program operates on a proven approach to breaking the cycle.

Tailored Services

Our program interrupts the cycle of emergency systems use. It reduces hospital, shelter, safety center, and jail stays. When community members receive housing and caseworker support, they have stable, sustainable ways to improve their lives.

Personal Support

People facing complex barriers need more than a single referral. Coordinated services over time help participants navigate challenges, build trust, and maintain housing.

Outcome-Based Payments

Home for Good received funding from Municipality of Anchorage based on a pay-for-success model between 2020 and 2024. Payments were based on many factors. They included how long people were housed and whether they used emergency systems.

Shared Results

This model ties funding to measurable outcomes. It supports approaches that improve lives while making better use of public resources.
